From November 3 to 6, we were part of one of the premier events in the packaging industry: PACK EXPO International 2024 in Chicago. For PolyLayerTech, it was an incredible opportunity to showcase our commitment to innovation and sustainability while connecting with some of the most influential minds and companies in the field. We are convinced that technology is the key to revolutionizing the future of packaging, and PACK EXPO confirmed that we are on the right path.

At the event, we presented our latest mechanical solutions for polypropylene welding, an essential material for reusable, modern, easy to recycle and sustainable packaging. Chicago, Il., Nov. 6, 2024 – The largest packaging and processing show of the year, PACK EXPO International, wrapped up today with significant crowds throughout its four-day stint at McCormick Place in Chicago. Produced by PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, the show brought together 48,000 attendees and 29,500 exhibitor personnel, reaching 77,500 in total attendance. International attendance increased 19% over 2022.

A record number of 2,700 exhibitors occupied 1.32 million net square feet of space, making PACK EXPOInternational the largest show in its history and the biggest event at McCormick Place this year.

PACK EXPO International 2024 has truly raised the bar for what an industry event can achieve. This show has not only grown in scale but also in substance, attracting attendees and exhibitors from every corner of the industry.  The connections made here are invaluable, reinforcing PACK EXPO’s role as an unmatched platform for innovation, collaboration, and progress across the packaging and processing landscape.

The show has grown significantly year over year with a 10% increase in exhibit space and 24% increase in number of exhibitors from PACK EXPO International 2022. 3P Pakistan – Karachi

PolylayerTech brought its solutions for polypropylene welding and processing to Karachi (Expo Centre), showcasing custom lines, extruded sheets, and reusable packaging and eco-pallet proposals. The 3P trade fair (September 10–12, 2025) was an international showcase and an opportunity to build connections across Asia.

The 2025 edition took place from September 10 to 12 at the Expo Centre in Karachi, drawing companies and visitors from around the globe. This international stage is the perfect opportunity to showcase the value of our machines and the PP solutions we design and build in Italy.

PolylayerTech is a company specialized in welding technologies for thermoplastic materials. Maputo international fair

From August 25 to 31, we took part in a very important event for us: the FACIM trade fair in Mozambique.

FACIM is one of the most important trade fairs in Mozambique, attracting exhibitors and visitors from several continents every year, covering sectors such as: manufacturing, packaging, construction, technology, and agriculture. It is a platform where innovation meets real demand, where practical solutions are sought for fast-growing markets.

What POLYLAYER TECH brought to FACIM

During FACIM, we showcased our best solutions in corrugated polypropylene (corrugated PP), combining:

• lightness and strength,
• chemical and water resistance,
• competitive cost compared to rigid alternatives or complex data-logistics,
